第伍章 結論與建議
第一節 結論
本研究設計的個人化健康促進推薦系統可以運用 RFID 識別使用者資訊，
在個人運動管理，運用室內之健身裝置，透過無線/有線網路之傳輸運動資訊 包括使用者 ID、健身器材、運動時間、速度、卡路里及生理資訊，傳送至透 過 WI-FI 直接傳到雲端資料庫，並以智慧型裝置做為平台，設計互動式的雲 端運動管理系統，當啟動健康紀錄 APP 後，使用者運動時的資訊將會傳到雲 端資料庫，APP 將會從雲端資料庫擷取健身器材設定及使用者運動生理資訊，
使用者可透過手持裝置了解本人運動及健康資訊紀錄，依據自己運動所測量 的生理資訊進一步分析並掌握其健康狀況，養成平日運動管理及心血管保健 的好習慣。所研發之管理系統利用蒐集雲端個人化運動資料庫進行數據分析 不同體質量指數及年齡對應體適能評估之尺度，再依據蒐集使用者之 BMI、
年齡、心跳和血壓等，搭配 SVM 以建立推薦模組會發送健康促進提醒使用 者，藉此達到了結合運動提醒機制，強化使用者在運動處方執行過程之運動 安全。
第二節 建議
企業目前難以取得全面性的心理健康測量工具，僅能採單面向的指標，
造成評估結果不盡理想，本計劃整理美國 APA、歐盟、國內幸福企業等資料，
發展職場心理健康評估指標，企業可從企業社會責任、員工認可、員工發展、
員工健康、工作與生活平衡、管理者承諾、工作安全及員工參與等指標著手，
用來降低工作者的工作壓力、過勞、工作-家庭平衡及睡眠問題，以強化企業 之職場心理健康。企業間應彼此交流，凝聚該產業職場健康之共識，以因應 不同產業之特性，建立起適合該產業規範之共識，並彼此進行職場健康實務 資訊的交流，形成產業內的職場健康文化。
