(2) 樹突細胞的趨化作用,在基底細胞癌中的角色為何?樹突 細胞(dendritic cells)的趨化作用與 CXCR4 或 CXCL12 是 否有關?

基底細胞癌之所以易侵犯局部組織而不易轉移,樹突細胞在 此是否扮演關鍵角色,都值得我們更深入探討。

所以,我們的下一個方向似乎可著重在基底細胞癌、趨化激 素及免疫反應三者之間的相對應關係做進一步研究。

我出生於台中縣豐原市,排行家裡的老四。小學中學畢業於豐原 國小、豐原國中。高中就讀台中一中,大學也是就讀母校中國醫藥學 院。畢業後曾在台北國泰醫院內科短暫行醫,之後於中國醫藥大學附 設醫院皮膚科完成專科醫師訓練。現在為附設醫院皮膚科主治醫師。
