根據本研究結果,肌肉疲勞後,如欲對疲勞組織進行介入,達到促進組織恢復的 效果,抑或減少組織恢復所需的時間,相關建議如下:

一、進行 5 分鐘的拔罐或是拔罐合併主動恢復,能夠提升組織之氧飽和度,達到促進 組織恢復的效果;

二、進行短時間的介入後,組織仍需恢復 30 分鐘以上,方能使組織的氧合程度以及動 作表現回復到運動前的狀態;

三、5 分鐘的拔罐、主動恢復、拔罐合併主動恢復以及靜態恢復,對於動作表現的恢復 並無組別間的差異,因此針對動作表現恢復的選擇,能夠因競賽環境、選手情形進 行選擇;

最後,本研究認為不同的介入方式,能夠對疲勞組織產生不同的效益,然而各種 介入的機制不同,並不能夠全面性的改善肌肉疲勞所造成的影響,且介入時間的長 短、恢復時間的長短,都可能影響組織恢復的情形,也許往後的相關研究能夠針對不 同的介入時間、恢復時間以及各種介入的機轉持續進行探討。
