第四節 後續研究建議
本研究以台北市立婦幼綜合醫院孕婦病歷電腦檔資料為個案研究對象，試圖 找出近年來影響低體重新生兒發生因素，並提出有關婦幼政策之建議，填補國內 近年來在此方面研究的不足，但尚有不及研究之處仍待後續研究，建議如下幾點：
一、本研究是以個案進行研究，未來可加入全台不同層級區域的醫院及診所，可 增加研究結果的通則化。
二、加強較為隱私變項之收集，如收入、職業、違禁藥品的使用等…，以強化此 一初步研究之探討。
三、本研究提供了關於低體重新生兒發生率之危險因子趨勢初步結果，但是仍需 要對於低體重新生兒後續照顧及追蹤治療等層面的深入探討，才能以多方面向顯 現出低體重新生兒的嚴重性，也才對於婦幼照顧政策做一較完整之建議。
四、台灣的全民健保記載著詳細的病歷資料檔，但都未能詳細歸類加以整理，以 此次研究為例，若是有孕婦的統一規格、完整詳細的病歷資料紀錄，相信這領域 之研究者，能對台灣本土性研究能做一全面的普查，對於造成孕婦及新生兒各種 危險因子控制都較能符合台灣人的趨勢，以加強優生保健提高人口素質。
