本研究使用總營收與總里程數做為產出項,建議未來研究可以加入旅客層面之 探討,可實施問卷調查將旅客之國別和滿意度放入產出項進行 DEA 分析;同時,
因為台灣好行為一新的交通設施,其資料完整性不足至目前為止只可取得至 2011 年之資料,建議未來研究可蒐集多年之資料進行跨年份資料分析,擬可進行另一效 率評估之研究。未來當台灣好行之成立年限越來越久,且資料較今完整,可再對各 風景區特性進行分析,或許設有溫泉之旅或登山健行之旅遊路線會呈現顯著。
