5.3 未來展望
5.3.1 客製化設定與介面設計
本研究於實測過程中發現,視障者因背景與習慣差異而對系統有不同要求,如聽取 提示的頻率、語速和是否需隨時提醒裝置狀態等,未來可增加「設定」功能提供一定程 度的客製化,讓使用者依需求調整最適當的系統表現方式。
在介面部份,本研究之實驗情境為上路行走時不持手機(hand free)的情況,因此 實驗過程中視障者只需控制耳機線上的按鈕,並無自行操作手機。因此未來若需完善流 程,APP 介面需重新規劃,從一開始的裝置狀態顯示,到開始行走的控制按鈕如「與裝 置連線」、「開始上路」等,甚至是路程中遭遇須操作介面的情況如「重新連線,上述介 面元件的配置和設計,皆需考量視障者使用手機的習慣和系統功能以設計友善介面。

5.3.2 擴充資料庫與協同管理
為了提供適當的導航內容,須確認佈建 Beacon 的位置與可行走的區域,未來若要 實施需考量資料的擴充方式與彈性。除了設置 Beacon 需要人力成本,詳細的提示語也 需實際走過才可撰寫。未來可加入定向師等明眼人的協助,開發專屬 APP 以供佈點者使 用,以本研究提出的設計策略為參考,將引導訊息架構化,例如路口提示之資料欄位必 須包含建議面向角度與描述參考物型態,如此可讓更多人加入協作以擴充資料庫,甚至 在佈建硬體的同時將導航訊息存入,整合規劃時所需的資訊。
5.3.3 建立示範場域
本研究因於校園周邊實驗較有利於規劃與佈建硬體,使用 iBeacon 導航與視障者佩 戴 GuidePin 輔助行走經實驗證實其可行性,希望可實際應用於現實道路以發揮研究價 值。然而若需在城市中大量建置須政府部門的同意與協助,本研究建議可由小範圍建立 示範場域,如校園、交通樞紐周邊或視障者族群經常拜訪的地區,其中的商家可加入認 養 Beacon 的行列,結合商業模式於導航服務中可提高系統運作的永續性。期待示範區 域成為指標,引起大眾和政府重視並關注社會設計與行動無障礙的議題,發揮設計、科 技與研究的力量打造一座友善城市。
