第五章 結論與建議

5.4 未來展望

(1) 針對不同的行動社群種類進行探討

由於時間的關係,本研究只針對整體行動社群應用程式的使用者進行探討,

未來希望能針對網誌、微網誌、網路電話等分類進行研究;由於在台灣LINE的使 用者有著相當多的使用者數,未來可以針對類似LINE等單一應用程式、並提出更 多不同的理論模式進行探討。

(2) 加入更多不同因素與看法發展更堅實的理論模式

本研究只針對影響型手機使用者對於行動社群應用程式的持續使用意圖與推 薦意圖的因素進行探討,所以希望未來能加入更多可能會影響行動社群或其他行 動裝置使用者的因素進行探討,建構出更完善的研究模式來詮釋現今不斷改變的 行動網路環境。

(3) 可針對不同國家的文化進行行動社群應用程式的研究

據本研究的結果推論,在台灣的主流行動社群為Facebook與LINE為主。未來 研究可以以加入其他國家文化因素下來探討使用行動社群的意圖,進而瞭解他國 與台灣之行動社群使用者的差異,發展出更具有代表性的理論與實證結果。
