第四節 . 未來建議

一. 選擇其他類型的 YouTuber 頻道

本研究為了讓研究範圍可以更為集中,所以限制以娛樂類型的 YouTuber 頻 道為主,因為此類 YouTuber 頻道主要是現今網路影音平台最為流行並且最多人 觀看的頻道。然而,YouTuber 頻道類別相當多元,並不只侷限於此,在影片內 容與呈現方式就有很大的不同,例如還有知識型頻道、美妝頻道、電競頻道等等。

故若能夠選擇其他類型的 YouTuber 頻道,並進一步去探討各種類型的 YouTuber 頻道之間的差異,並分析出用戶對於不同類型影片內容所著重的特點,研究結果 對於 YouTuber 頻道經營者而言,如將來需要做頻道內容的轉換的時候,將會更 加完整及更有幫助。

二. 加入其他變數,進行探討

本研究以影片內容及 YouTuber 特質為主,同時探討對於知覺不滿意的影 響,進而導致用戶不願意再持續點閱頻道。然而,本研究認為,這五個因子並不 能 完全解釋其他類型的 YouTuber 頻道。因為 本研究只單純探討了娛樂型 YouTuber 的影片內容以及 YouTuber 本身的特質,而其他類型的 YouTuber,可 能還會需要其他的特質。例如說知識型 YouTuber,可能會需要某一些專業的知 識才有辦法去經營頻道。或者是美妝類型的 YouTuber,會需要知道各種美妝品 的特色以及優點缺點以及適用的年齡、膚質等等,而這些都是專業性的一種。另 外除了這兩大因子,還有可能是外在環境的影響,例如同儕的推薦同時為了得到 同儕之間的歸屬感而去關注某一 YouTuber 頻道或是年齡的增長以及心境上的轉 變也有可能是不再持續點閱的原因之一。因此,在外在環境這個大因子,未來也 許可一併納入,並加以探討。

三. 進一步分析不受影片廣告影響的族群

根據本研究的研究結果,受測者中只有在點閱資歷為半年以上的族群受 YouTuber 頻道中的廣告所影響,其餘皆不受影響。而本研究並沒有進一步去探 討這些不受影響的族群為哪些,這可能與受測者的年齡或是個人收入有關聯以及 YouTuber 近期也推出無廣告方案,是否不受廣告干擾的族群也受這項機制有著 部分的影響,因此未來也許可以進一步分析,並加以探討。

四. 納入 YouTuber 頻道會員一同探討

YouTube 在 2018 年 6 月發布了會員制度,觀眾每個月付費 4.99 美元(約 150 台幣)的費用,便可以觀看頻道額外獎勵內容,像是頻道正式影片剪掉的素 材、不定期會員專屬直播、會員專屬文章、悄悄話等。YouTuber 可以根據頻道 特色及風格,給予付費會員一些不同的「獎勵」。而隨著訂閱時間的長短,「會 員勳章」也會不一樣,在留言區留言便可以秀出專屬勳章,彰顯自己是付費會員 與其訂閱時間長短。

另外,也有 YouTuber 自己設計的貼圖,供會員在直播或是留言區留言使用。

雖然多數 YouTuber 會利用會員福利來吸引對頻道忠誠的用戶,但這些訂閱會員 的用戶會不會因為獎勵的改變或是用戶認為會員資格,所提供的「番外」影片片 段漸漸感到乏味,進而認為不值得花錢去訂閱會員的情況發生。而 YouTuber 的 訂閱會員制有點類似於直播主的「贊助」,而這樣研究出來的結果會不會類似於 直播平台的結果,這些問題仍無法確定,因此未來可以加入此一現象,更深入的 探討與 YouTuber 頻道訂閱會員相關的研究。
