第四節 未來研究方向

在研究的過程中，我們從過往文獻發現「資訊科技」、「組織」和「影響變數」這三 者間有一定程度上的關聯，像是公共行政相關的軟體，就不以「組織能力」為重；小的 組織和大的組織所考量採用的資訊科技類別有所差別，這也可以成為未來的研究主題。

有些因素像是「顧客滿意」和「採用時機」平常可能在探討時不會將其納入，但在 做了歷年文獻的探討後發現，有許多的變數其實都會影響組織在採用資訊科技時的決策，

未來若要做相關之研究，可以將更多的變數納入探討。

因為我們設的主題比較大，是整個資訊科技，故會有資訊科技類別或是特性的不同，

而造成影響組織採用的因素也有所差異，未來可以針對某一特定資訊科技，利用各個不 同的理論架構去探討，可了解特定資訊科技採用時，會被哪些因素所影響，甚至進而可 研究哪些因素能夠提高組織的績效。
