研究者也將依據本研究結果對實務及未來研究方向提出以下建議:

未來研究建議:

一、根據本研究結果,倒退組最先刪除情緒要素,結果也顯示對焦慮和自信心沒有顯著 影響,未來研究在探究漸進式及倒退式等意象模式時,對於要素增加及移除的先後順序 是否會影響研究結果,以及介入和各項要素持續的週數,仍需更多研究探究。

二、根據研究結果,建議未來研究可以探討技能水準受限以及技能水準較高的參與者,

對於漸進式及倒退式意象的介入後,表現的提升來得較為有效。

實務建議:

一、本研究所選的籃球運動項目,為團隊運動,隊員人數眾多因而在指導語的撰寫上較 難達到完全的個別化,但建議仍需盡量了解球隊特性,大多數人的喜好,方能撰寫較符 合球隊特性的指導語,較能達到預期提升表現效果。

二、建議教練將意象訓練融入在平常訓練課表當中,更能在有限的訓練時間下達到訓練 功效的提升。根據本研究結果,對於乙組籃球員來說,在對於意象使用上較不熟悉的情 況下,如需對表現以及自信心、焦慮做同步的訓練,建議教練可以使用漸進式的意象訓 練,如只需針對技能表現做訓練,則可使用倒退式的意象訓練,如針對自信心提升或降 低狀態焦慮,則可使用規律式的意象訓練。
