第五章 :結論

5.3 未來展望

根據學生們的回應與研究檢討中所提到的問題,在系統建構的部分可做一改善。一 方面提供簡便快速的操作模式(包含指令的數量與長度、重新設計組內溝通的方法等),

另一方面誠如多數人所建議,可以配合場景加入一些圖片,甚至是聲音、動畫。畢竟圖 形化是一種發展的趨勢,教科書都普遍增加色彩與圖片了,各何況與五光十色的網路世 界相比,純文字化的教學活動環境已不再能滿足大眾的胃口了。因此使用操作簡便且圖 形化後的系統,也許可提升學生們於合作過程中頻繁互動的意願。

規劃系統機制使其可以自動捕捉小組合作互動模式為另一個值得深入研究的部 分。互動頻率值運作機制是本研究中所嘗試設計的,僅初步地獲知組員間互動的頻率,

沒有針對對話內容進行分析。倘若能夠設法加入自動化分析的機制,相信會對合作過程 的評估工作有很大的助益。當然也已有關於這方面的研究了(例如:G.. K. W. K. Chung et al., 1999)。不過所採用的方法是事先歸類所有可能用到的對話句型,並將它們內建 在系統中。缺點是使用者的溝通侷限於這些內建的句子裡,無法任意交談。為了符合網 路中介模擬環境所擁有的「模擬」特性,必須秉持於自然狀況下,提供毫無限制的溝通 環境的原則。那麼,想在這種狀況下交由系統正確地評估小組合作互動過程,將成為一 項頗具難度的課題了。
