本研究僅就知識管理在新產品開發上之應用做探討,由於產業競爭激 烈,如何提高企業競爭力就顯的格外重要,而知識管理在企業競爭力提升 上扮演重要角色,建議未來研究方向:
1. 針對知識管理於生產管理及行銷管理上做探討 2. 針對產品開發各階段,知識管理如何改善做探討
如此讓知識管理在產銷循環裡之研究更加完整。同時,本個案研究係 針對中小尺寸液晶顯示模組設計案件為例,研究發現是否能擴展到其他行 業,能須做進一步的深入分析。
