第五章 結論與建議
第三節 未來研究方向
本研究透過 A 公司、G 公司、H 公司三個實務個案進行研究,並且輔以問卷進 行初步量化評估,然而整體研究之主體為定性研究(質性研究),是故在研究成果上 受到定性研究上相當大的限制。在個案研究的成果上,本研究以定性之模式闡述外 包管理能力與核心能耐持續累積之策略管理,但是外包管理之推動時間序列以及外 包管理策略之量化研究,則受限於研究方法限制,無法呈現其量化研究成果。綜上 所述,本議題之未來研究方向可以往量化研究之方向進行,如後所述。
一、以量化研究手法進行實驗前後比較之外包管理研究:本研究是以個案研究的方 式進行外包管理之研究,而隨著時間推移,外包管理的面向從互動面、資訊交換面 一直到組織變革面,成效亦逐步顯現。如果能以統計分析之量化手法,探討外包管 理推動前與推動後之成效變化,甚至在外包管理推動的過程中每隔一固定時間即進 行問卷研究,則可以針對外包管理進行更進一步之量化探討。
二、以量化研究手法針對外包管理策略細節探討:外包管理之策略推動可以改善生 產面、銷售面、人資運用面、研究發展面、財務面等五大面向,本研究採用個案研 究,因此對於各面向之策略運用成效細節無量化數據評估,若未來研究能夠針對外 包管理策略之五大面向擬訂規畫統計分析研究,則未來可有更進一步之策略研究量

化突破。
三、以量化研究手法針對不同外包管理方式比較:外包管理有多種模式,以本研究 來說是採用和外包廠長期合作之模式,亦有廠商採用價低者得式之外包管理,亦有 數種不同之外包管理模式,可說是各壇勝場,而熟優熟劣有待進一步研究,若能在 未來研究中透過量化研究,則有機會評估各種不同之外包管理模式之優劣特性。
