5.2 未來研究方向
綜觀本文所建構之生產規劃模式,雖已獲得預期之成效,但仍有部分 未臻完善之處,本文將其歸納整理如下:
(1) 本文所考量之數量折扣模式,係基於晶圓製造業者(買方)的單一觀 點,且規劃幅度內之訂單需求量固定,加上後段代工廠商(賣方/供應商) 所提供之數量折扣方案為「全量折扣」的情況。然而,實務上仍有許 多數量折扣模式可供後續研究做為延伸,例如由買賣雙方共制定價格 折扣、買方需求隨時間變動、「增量折扣」等。
(2) 本文係利用整數規劃模式來求解訂單分配的問題。然而當問題規模逐 漸擴大時,即有變數過多而求解不易的情況產生。因此,後續研究可 發展啟發式演算法來解決此一問題。
(3) 本文所考量之一元化代工服務模式係由晶圓製造業者所主導,仍有其 它後段代工業者所主導之一元化代工服務模式,值得進一步探討。
