第七章 結論與未來研究方向

7.2 未來研究方向

本文針對晶圓製造廠於非穩態環境下構建產品組合之訂定,綜合研究期 間之各項成果與心得,吾人認為有幾點可再深入探討,茲列如下:

1. 由於產品族比例設計之時,未以區間方式來考量,只是點集合,應該可 以擴大考量,將所有產品組合都納入考量,讓產品組合更加完善。

2. 由於在考量不同之瓶頸利用率情況時,並未考慮兩利用率變換時對系統 所帶來之之影響,是以如能多加考量此因素,將可以更能瞭解在擴大接 單時,在不致影響原有產品之生產績效下,最多能接收多少訂單。

3. 由於區間分割份數多寡,將影響本機制之成效,然而本文尚未探究切割 份數之合理份數,使本機制能更周延的訂定產品組合。
