第二節 研究建議

本次研究所研究對象產業為電子零組件製造業,因其所代表之特性為高度投 資研發產業,而製造業尚有其他產業類別亦可能在空間上傾向聚集(何祖睿,

2002),因此在未來研究上,可以將研究範圍領域擴張到製造業其他行業別之研 究,應可以更全面性檢視全台產製造業聚集情況。

其次,本次研究之空間範圍為全台 20 縣市區域,但研究尺度為行政區域疆 界,而如同前分析指出,行政區域劃分除縣市面積差異較高易致生統計誤差外,

空間聚集估計易容易產生低估現象,因跨縣市區域視為不同計算個體,然而在廠 商聚集仍可能產生跨縣市聚集或是比鄰縣市邊界聚集情況,此即另一誤差來源,

後續研究上宜改採以其他區域標準進行聚集分析,免於空間誤差產生。

本次研究所採取之期間為三個年度資料,然而在區域固定效果與時間固定效 果估計上,模型期間增加將更有利於估計固定效果,並且有助於模型穩健,在 LM 與 Hausman 分別檢定上可以增加其解釋能力;最後,在變數選取上,未來研 究可以納入知識外溢效果與自然資源與更多運輸相關成本進行研究,此兩者亦為 研究上常見聚集經濟來源因素。
