第五章 結論與建議

第三節 研究限制

由於本研究冀望瞭解「轉播畫面」與「現場實景」兩部分的眼動行 為,因此剪接一段影片串連兩者、進行實驗並分析,不過棒球場現場的 氛圍與周遭環境和實驗室環境有所不同,擬真感受不一,無法推估研究 參與者在實驗情境下觀看影片的眼動行為反應,和實際進入現場、面臨 四面八方更複雜的情境時,是否會有一樣,本研究所得到之結論無法完 全推估至真實情境,是本研究第一項限制。

此 外 , 由 於 本 研 究 工 具 ─ 臺 灣 師 範 大 學 自 行 研 發 之 眼 動 儀 EyeNTNU-p30 僅能收錄眼動數據(亦即毫秒數值),其它眼動領域使用 之熱點圖(heat map)和眼動軌跡路徑(path)圖、凝視次數功能等指標 皆仍在開發中,因此分析與結果呈現上略顯單薄。研究參與者之實驗影 片在匯入分析軟體後,會有失真和畫質不佳等狀況,無法進行太細緻之 ROI 劃分(如根據投手預備動作進行現場實景影片之前後段比較),乃儀 器技術層面需要承擔、有待克服的阻礙,為較可惜之處也是本研究限制 之二。

最後,由於每個人的睫毛長度、瞳孔形狀與大小皆有所不同,有一 定機率造成眼動儀在眼球校正步驟失敗,致無法獲取實驗數據,不僅使 得實驗無法順利進行,也讓研究參與者的篩選與取樣出現不可預測性,

甚至有些符合研究欲探討對象之研究參與者被排除在研究以外,是本研 究之第三項限制。
