本研究是根據夏日學校、人力資本、設計來源國及製造來源國形象之相關理 論基礎來推演出本研究之整體架構,並參考相關研究之論述及文獻,進而歸納出 本研究之問卷內容,但仍有一些研究限制,因此本研究之研究限制將列點陳述並 予以研究建議。
(1)研究限制
由於台灣之教育部初辦夏日學校之政策,各學校在辦理夏日學校之時間上可 能有所限制,故較少學校成功辦理教育部之夏日學校課程,因此本研究僅針對高 雄大學之夏日學校作為研究對象,也由於高雄大學之招募對象為越南學子,本研 究僅針對越南學子作為問卷發放對象,故在研究推論上有其限制,無法將樣本的 研究結果概化或套用在全體母體中。
(2)研究建議
由於本研究僅針對越南學子進行問卷調查,故建議後續研究者可擴大研究東 南亞國家之學子(泰國、馬來西亞、印尼等),做全面性的研究調查,以提高研究 結果的推論能力。建議後續研究者,可延伸探討會驅動人力資本之因素(例如社
會資本、文化等因素),並且探討這些因素是否能驅動人力資本,使得設計來源 國、製造來源國形象有提升之效果。
