研究限制與未來研究建議

本研究的主要限制在於研究樣本較少、涉及公司機密等因素，研究結 果的說服力有限，同時租賃產業具有很高的獨特性，因而本研究發現可能 更適用於與租賃產業特點近似的泛金融領域。

本論文研究是以個案訪談方式推論出上述結論，但其可能涉及個人主 觀判斷，建議後續研究者可以採取定量方式，針對有涉及租賃業務的業者 或相關金融機構，其進入東協市場投資的經驗，做相關議題之探討與驗證。

在調查更多的同產業公司的海外策略時，尤其應對規模更小的中小型 企業的決策邏輯和績效表現做深入探討。本研究的個案公司在東協、大陸 等市場經營到一定年限之後，基於對企業成長率的要求，會選擇拓寬當地 業務，還是會選擇繼續開發其他新興市場，同樣也是值得追蹤的問題。

最後，可以針對泛金融領域的企業，比較其進入東協市場時，進入模式 選擇、業務選擇，和策略夥伴選擇等考量因素的異同之處，以建立泛金融 領域的企業前往東南亞國家進行投資時，選擇國家或地區的決策考量架構。
