本研究之限制 - 全國大專校院學生藥物使用盛行率與其相關心理社會因素之追蹤研究（第三年）

本研究以具代表性之全國大專學生為樣本，進行具名問卷調查，由於使用毒品是違法的行為，因此，本研究結果可能有低估的情況。

然而，為提高受試者誠實做答之意願，在施測程序中，施測者均在受試者填答問卷前強調問卷結果的保密性，希望能藉此增加誠實填答的比率。再者，施測過程中，由受過訓練之研究人員擔任問卷施測員，分別到抽樣的大專校院採團體施測方式進行施測，希望能藉此減少大學生的防衛。另外，由於本研究所採用的研究方法為橫斷性的研究，在因子與因子間的因果推論需縱貫研究來驗證，因此無法證明涉足高危險場所之程度與使用毒品行為間有因果關係的存在；此有待未來的縱貫研究資料做進一步分析，加以闡明。

(5)結論與建議

1. 盛行率方面：本研究發現大學生使用毒品盛行率校正後為 2.2%，比起美國大學生之毒品盛行率報告，國內大學生之毒品使用率較低。

2. 本土使用途徑模式方面：本研究分析不同類型的毒品使用途徑後，

發現上述毒品使用之途徑具有共通的促進因子，但這些因素對使用途徑而言，卻扮演不同的角色和影響情況，例如：在搖頭丸或K 他命方面，同儕的壓力對於初次的毒品接觸具有較大的影響性，但在毒品使用的維持階段，則以對毒品的正向預期為主。另外，對安非他命或海洛因使用者而言，促成接觸毒品的重要因素卻是明顯的生活壓力事件和毒品易接近性為主。然而，在回顧相關文獻時，發現目前文獻中對於使用特定毒品之性格研究結果似乎比較少，多數研究雖有企圖探索心理社會因素，但很少單一針對特定毒品進行討論，其邀請研究者多以物質濫用或依賴者為主。建議可以針對單一毒品使用者進行研究。此外，多重毒品使用機制之研究作為後續研究的發展重點，透過相關因子之收集，發展適合之介入策略。

3. 毒品防治策略方面：如結果所陳述，建議透過跨部會協調制訂和擬定相關政策，以有降低和杜絕大學生毒品使用的情況。
