根據本實驗的假設,經由統計結果可以得到以下結論:

一、羅馬椅訓練會使下背肌群達到疲勞狀態,但下肢肌群包括:股直肌、股二頭 肌、脛前肌、腓腸肌不會達到疲勞狀態。

二、下背肌群疲勞後,兩步跳投的命中率會降低,且落地動作的型態會改變,造 成墊步腳負荷加大,而下蹲跳落地時的股二頭肌活化程度會降低。

第六節 建議

一、本研究主要是以下肢做為當下背肌疲勞後的影響,未來可以同時增加其他核 心肌群的測量,此外也可以增加對核心疲勞對於上肢的影響,因許多跳躍 性的運動需要同時配合上肢動作的執行,如本研究中投籃的運動,核心肌 群如何影響上肢也值得探討。

二、本研究主要選擇下背肌群做為核心肌群疲勞之介入,而實際運動或競賽並不 會只有下背肌群疲勞,若能更進一步找出軀幹周圍肌群皆能疲勞之訓練方 法做為介入,觀察對於跳躍運動表現之影響,則更能符合真實情境。

三、本研究中主要以選擇兩步跳投做為探討方向,但在跳躍運動中還包括各種技 巧,因此當核心疲勞時對於其他運動技術影響也是未來可以研究的方向。

四、本研究中主要是以下背肌疲勞後,觀察在起跳期與落地期之運動表現與下肢 負荷,建議未來可以增加分析騰空期之動作執行的運動表現。

您好,敬請閱讀以下實驗內容:

一、簡介

核心肌群具有對軀幹平衡的控制力,能在跳躍騰空時維持身體以完成動作 技能,並控制身體穩定落地。本研究將探討核心的下背肌疲勞,是否會影 響籃球跳投表現與著地負荷。

二、實驗內容

實驗對象為大專一般男子組籃球選手,過程中必須穿運動束褲、黏貼反光 球與肌電貼片,將會進行除毛、酒精清潔處理。

適當暖身後,將進行 17 筆數據收集,包含 1 次下背肌疲勞訓練、4 次最大 自主等長收縮、6 次下蹲跳與 6 次跳投,全部實驗過程約 2 小時。

三、受試者注意事項與權益

本實驗有疲勞介入,可能會有延遲性肌肉酸痛的現象,適當的伸展與按摩 可較快恢復。實驗期間如有任何身體不適、傷害發生,可立即通知在場施 測人員。本實驗可以隨時中止與退出,毋須理由。

研究結果會使用在學術發表,實驗數據以匿名的方式呈現,其餘個人隱私 資料予以保密。

本人已閱讀完上述內容並對實驗內容有所了解,自願擔任本 實驗的受試者,並享有相關權益。
