七、 結論及未來發展
杭菊在臺灣種植面積小,是地方的特色產業。相較於其他大宗作物不被受到 重視。臺灣杭菊產量 2014 年產量約 47 公噸,而臺灣於 2013 年自大陸進口乾 燥杭菊量高達 109 公噸,可見國人對杭菊的內需高於目前國內的產量 (劉和曾,
2014),然而國內杭菊之行情一直以來受到大陸低價競爭之影響,且市場上所流 通多者為大陸杭菊,消費者過去並未重視國內外杭菊品質之差異等情形皆影響杭 菊農民栽植之意願。唯近年由於食品安全問題層出不窮,進而使國人開始重視農 產品農藥殘留問題,使得國內消費者轉而支持國產杭菊 (朱等,2014)。國產杭 菊與大陸杭菊相較下,其價值在於對農藥殘留疑慮較低。若能持續合理有效用藥,
或使用非化學防治方法則應當對於國產杭菊之附加價值有助益。
以往認為杭菊萎凋病可能是由鐮胞菌引起,然而本研究結果顯示細菌亦能造 成杭菊萎凋病害。若能持續針對此確認之病原菌之生態等特性深入探討,應當對 於杭菊萎凋防治有所助益。本研究探討嫁接防治之效果,顯示嫁接植株對於有致 病性之菌株較杭菊抗病。雖然嫁接的技術性較高,也需要較高之人力成本,但是 在臺灣絲瓜與番茄皆應用嫁接抗病根砧有良好之成效。杭菊之經濟價值較絲瓜及 番茄有過之而無不及,若能將嫁接防治應用於杭菊,進而發展為更成熟之技術,
將更有機會降低嫁接成本並減少因病害造成的損失。故利用嫁接技術防治杭菊萎 凋病之可行性仍值得更進一步之實驗與探討。
