第五章 結論與建議

第一節 結論

透過本研究結果得知以下結論:

一、 創新觸覺回饋有助於使用者操作觸碰鍵盤的回饋提示與打字效益。

本研究主要針對觸碰鍵盤打字輸入效益,發展結合觸覺回饋機制於觸碰鍵盤的創 新產品設計,主要透過文獻分析進行需求評估,並結合工業設計發展流程進行設計,

而且考量人機介面的設計重點,運用 Solidworks、Coredraw 等軟體設計符合使用者操 作的使用情境與使用介面。在創新觸覺回饋觸碰鍵盤的設計階段,則運用了偏心馬達 所產生的振動回饋結合POWER PCB進行創新觸覺回饋機制的硬體建置,並使用 Solidwork 繪製細節機構設計 3D 模型輸出成 STL 模型檔,再利用 RP 機台堆疊出外觀

進行設計驗證,以符合使用者的操作打字情境的角度與回饋需求。

三、 使用鍵盤打字時,具有人因角度的創新觸覺回饋觸碰鍵盤較不易造成使用 者肩膀疲勞。

本實驗在操作「單一視覺回饋觸碰鍵盤組」有 7 人,在受測結束後有肩膀疲勞的 情形,而在操作「創新觸覺回饋觸碰鍵盤」組只有 1 人。進一步透過操作角度喜好度 進行探討「單一視覺回饋觸碰鍵盤組」 ,有 7 人不喜歡使用角度,佔 23.3%,因為平 板電腦上的單一視覺回饋觸碰鍵盤在操作上顯示螢幕與鍵盤在同一個平面上,所以造 成使用者必須長時間低頭導致容易產生肩膀疲勞的情形。此部分與毛仲懷(2010)研究 結果操作平板電腦進行文字輸入作業時,特別是頭肩頸部位容易產生不舒服,有相同 的結果。

四、 使用者需要花費較長的時間適應新的鍵盤介面的配置。

實驗結果經由卡方檢定顯示,其顯著性 p=0.01<α=0.05,亦即,兩組輸入工具與 適應時間存有顯著關聯。在創新觸覺回饋觸碰鍵盤組的受測者中,所需要花費的適應 時間以 11-20 分鐘最高 9 人,其次依序為 10 分鐘以下 4 人、21-30 分鐘 1 人與 31-40 分鐘 1 人。而在單一視覺回饋鍵盤組需要適應時間為 21-30 分鐘 7 人與 31-40 分鐘 5 人,可以看出操作「創新觸覺回饋觸碰鍵盤」比起操作「單一視覺回饋觸碰鍵盤」,所 需花費適應時間較短。在進一步了解平板電腦配置後,因為平板電腦的單一視覺回饋 觸碰鍵盤的「鍵盤介面」與傳統鍵盤不同,研究結果與 Kwon (2009),針對手機觸碰 鍵盤介面配置不同,會影響打字正確率與適應時間的研究看法一致。

第二節 建議

必須再進行切換,如此的介面設計不同,卻需要使用者花時間來適應,建議應該 仍能提供與 QWERT 配置相同的虛擬鍵盤介面的選擇性,讓使用者不需要花太多 時間去適應。

二、對未來相關研究的建議 (一) 按鍵大小應調整至合適大小

從本研究發現,受測者對於創新觸覺回饋觸碰鍵盤的「按鍵區域過小」比例 較高,因為容易造成誤觸的情形,因此建議後續研究能夠針對按鍵大小進行深入 研究,以不同尺寸規格大小的按鍵,探討觸碰鍵盤最合適的尺寸。

(二) 關於創新觸覺回饋觸碰鍵盤的實驗任務之建議

研究者曾想將創新觸覺回饋觸碰鍵盤藉由遊戲進行實驗,以了解在適合鍵盤 操作遊戲類型,但是礙於人力、物力及時間上的多方考量與限制,此構想因而作 罷。故建議未來研究者在進行相關鍵盤實驗時,可以從此方面進行著手,讓鍵盤 實驗更貼近使用者實際使用情形。

(三) 關於觸覺回饋力度大小檢測之建議

研究者曾想過將創新觸覺回饋觸碰鍵盤藉由專業儀器分析,以了解在適合人 體的觸覺回饋力度,但是目前在測定回饋力度的儀器,仍十分缺少。故建議未來 研究者可針對此方面進行著手,讓未來設計師能夠參考此數據,進行定義觸覺回 饋力度數據。
