第五節 結論

員工在工作上難免會遭遇一些不順遂的事影響情緒。當員工心情不好時,主管可能 就是幫助員工處理情緒的重要他人。本研究發現,不同的主管人際情緒調節策略,在不 同情境下的效果並不一樣。主管在提供情緒協助時,應該選擇適合員工需求的方式,才 能發揮最佳效果。例如:當員工的工作負荷高或是感到沮喪和焦慮時,要多加引導;而 當員工人際衝突多或是有生氣的情緒時,要給予關懷。不過,本研究發現只是初步證據,

許多相關議題仍待學者們進一步探討。
