一、結論

(一)在進行蹲舉等長 PAP 運動時,對收縮時間 3 秒而言,搭配 1、2 與 3 組的運動量,

對於誘發 PAP 現象且提升隨後下肢爆發力表現皆有幫助;對收縮時間 5 秒而言,

僅搭配 3 組的運動量能夠提升隨後下肢爆發力表現,1 組 5 秒與 2 組 5 秒的運動 量則無明顯效果。

(二) 對等長 PAP 運動而言,不同的收縮秒數可能有其不同最佳組數範圍之運動量,以 利誘發 PAP 現象,然而仍有待更多研究證實。

二、建議

(一) 未來進行等長 PAP 運動研究時,能夠針對不同的收縮時間是否有其不同的最佳組 數範圍進行檢驗,並進一步釐清適合執行等長 PAP 運動之運動量。

附錄一 受試者同意書

您好,本研究主要探討不同運動量之蹲舉等長最大自主收縮(maximal voluntary contraction, MVC)運動,對下肢爆發力的急性影響 (活化後增能現象) 。所需時間約為 一個月。參與者將事先進行 1 次熟悉期 (熟悉流程及動作) 與 1 次蹲舉最大肌力測驗。

而正式實驗共分成 7 次,每隔 3 天以上進行一次,每次將由 7 種不同運動量之蹲舉等 長 MVC 運動中隨機挑選一種進行,並於運動的前後,分別量測下肢爆發力作為本研 究結果。

※論文題目:不同運動量之活化後增能運動對下肢爆發力表現的影響

※實驗流程與測驗內容:

(1) 熟悉期

熟悉正式測驗之程序,包括熱身練習、蹲舉運動練習、蹲跳爆發力測驗及等長收縮 之蹲舉運動練習。

(2) 最大肌力測驗

檢測蹲舉之最大肌力(1RM)。

(3) 實驗處理

進行完熟悉期與最大肌力測驗後,參與者將隨機進行 7 種不同實驗處理(運動量分 別為 1 組 3 秒、2 組 3 秒、3 組 3 秒、1 組 5 秒、2 組 5 秒、3 組 5 秒和控制處理),

熟悉期、最大肌力測驗與每種實驗處理間均間隔 72 小時,實驗設計與流程(如下圖)

※可能產生之危險及處理方法:

(1) 運動後肌肉的酸痛與拉傷之可能性。

(2) 本研究將藉由病史紀錄表,排除可能在執行運動或測驗時會發生危險的參與者,

以降低參與者受傷的機率。

(3) 本研究也將藉由足夠的熱身活動、訓練員的個別指導、蹲舉動作執行的正確性與 熟悉性等方法,來進一步降低風險,以保護受試者之身體健康。

※實驗期間需請您配合:

(1) 必須維持正常的飲食和生活作息。

(2) 最大肌力測驗或正式實驗處理前 24 小時不可從事劇烈運動、或飲酒或吃任何藥 品。

(3) 實驗期間請您停止食用任何營養品(包括肌酸、高蛋白…等) 。 (4) 測驗當日需在無任何肌肉疲勞的狀態下進行各種檢測。
