一、結論

每公斤體重 3 毫克低劑量 CAF 增補可能透過運動自覺程度的降低,進而改善第二 組高強度反覆跑步衝刺表現,即改善高強度反覆跑步衝刺的後期表現。

二、建議

綜合上述討論,本研究提供以下建議︰

(一) 在應用方面,本研究指出低劑量 CAF 增補能夠改善第二組 12 × 30 m 高強度反 覆跑步衝刺表現,因此可以在體能訓練時使用,以增加訓練強度,以及可以在 籃球比賽時使用,延緩疲勞出現,增加運動員的運動時間。

(二) 在學術方面,低劑量 CAF 增補並不能改善 2 組 12 × 30 m 高強度反覆跑步衝刺 表現。但對於增補低劑量會否有不同工作/休息比仍需釐清,建議未來研究增加 樣本數和設定不同工作/休息比,並再次觀察低劑量 CAF 增補對於高強度反覆 跑步衝刺影響效果。
