根據上述結果與討論,本研究結論為在從事單次高強度肌肥大阻力訓練前與訓練期 間,增補蜂蜜較能維持血糖與胰島素之平衡穩定,進而有效提供訓練所需的能量給肌肉 運用,使其能增加總做功量及次數,不過,對於肌肉代謝並沒有達到顯著差異。其可能 是本研究訓練的樣本數尚不足夠,亦或使檢測時間點向後延長,並利用其他更準確的檢 測指標,也許就能得到更好的結果。另外,建議未來研究可在增補的劑量上採用相對劑 量法進行測驗,在生化指標方面亦可加入肌酸激酶 (creatine kinase,CK) 及雄激素受體,

觀察增補蜂蜜是否能有效減低訓練所造成的發炎情形,以及增補後對於AR 和睪固酮之 間的關聯,並增加其檢測的時間點及次數,以利對增補效益有更深入的探討。

1. 研究背景與目的:

背景:阻力訓練已經證實是可以預防並改善慢性病的方式,而蜂蜜亦有許多抗氧 化及發炎的功效。不過,運用在阻力訓練前或許有助於運動表現的增加及提升合 成性荷爾蒙的作用。

目的:(1)驗證使用全身阻力訓練的運動方式,並攝入碳水化合物的增補,對運動 表現的影響。(2)考驗阻力訓練前與期間攝取蜂蜜水或葡萄糖或安慰劑,對訓練次 數、荷爾蒙濃度的影響。

2. 研究方法:

實驗時間:民國108 年 7 月至 11 月

實驗地點:臺灣師範大學公館校區中正堂B1 重量訓練室及生理學實驗室。

為避免本實驗賀爾蒙受日夜節律的影響,因此受試者將統一實驗時段為上午8 點~11 點。並於實驗前 1 小時吃完早餐,並在開始前 30 分鐘抵達中正堂 B1 重量 訓練室。在抵達後先靜坐休息10 分鐘,再進行採血,訓練前 15 分鐘飲用 30ml 蜂 蜜和葡萄糖和安慰劑,訓練每兩個動作結束增補30ml 蜂蜜和葡萄糖和安慰劑,訓 練後立即進行第二次採血,訓練後15 分鐘進行第三次採血。

3. 研究進行中之限制活動及飲食注意事項:

(1) 實驗進行期間不得進行阻力訓練,維持一般日常活動即可。

(2) 受試者在前一天禁止攝取含咖啡因食品(咖啡、可樂、巧克力等)與酒類。

(3) 受試者在每次實驗當天早上所食用的早餐皆須一致。
