將會直接影響到整體專案的執行績效，而專案之績效好壞，更是直接反應在專 案是否能夠準時亦或是提早完成，這對一個成功的專案來說是不可或缺的。
第二節 研究建議
本研究已建構出適當之專案經理角色轉換時機衡量模式，可以提供對此議 題有興趣者之重要參考或實務運用價值。但是，仍有許多值得研究的議題，提 供後續研究之建議：
一、本研究的探討及研究過程中，如同一般模式所面對的問題一樣，在建構模 式的過程中，因為存在許多的假設條件與數據，故在實務運用上會有一些 限制，此點有賴於有志者在運用本研究所得的轉換時機衡量模式時，應將 某些參數加以適當的調整，方能得到與實務現象較接近的成果展現；而要 如何提高專案經理扮演之角色對專案績效的影響，亦可列為後續研究之議 題。
二、本研究提出了在考量進度與成本等因素下，專案經理角色轉換時機之衡量 模式，然而在實務上影響專案經理轉換其角色的因素，可能並不止於本研 究所提到的項目。
