5.1 結論
因景氣變幻莫測所引發的需求不確定性是決策者在做產能規劃時所面臨的 重要問題；本研究站在一訂單式生產製造廠商的角度，考慮生命週期不同階段的 需求特性，以部分委外代工因應需求不確定性，假設顧客需求必須完全滿足，以 最小化規劃期內產能購置期望總成本為目標，構建需求不確定下考慮部分委外代 工之同步產能規劃模式，營造製造廠商以及顧客雙贏的局面。根據以上章節所述 及第四章之模式求算結果，可獲致下列結論：
1. 隨著單位外包機台訂購成本的提高，製造廠商趨向利用自有機台作為預備產 能水準，利用外包訂單追加因應需求變異。
2. 隨著單位外包機台追加成本的提高，製造廠商趨向利用自有機台及外包機台 租用時數作為預備產能水準，盡量避免外包機台追加所產生的高成本。除此 之外，廠內機台購置量在單位外包機台追加成本增加至某一程度時，會開始 減少，轉由具有修改幅度α之外包機台作為預備產能水準。
3. 規劃期間的需求平均對預備產能水準有一定程度的影響。最佳廠內機台購置 量會訂在規劃期間最低需求平均附近，受其影響最大；最佳外包機台租用時 數則會依各期需求作調整。
4. 規劃期間的需求變異也會對最佳產能水準造成影響。需求變異大時，決策者 必須做較保守的決策；需求變異小時，決策者可以做出較大膽的決策。
5.2 未來研究方向
本研究之主要目標在於構建一考慮委外代工之同步產能規劃模式，求算最佳 解並分析結果，主要未來研究方向可分為以下幾點：
1. 對規劃期間需求實際做預測，並求算結果，使本文的同步產能規劃模式更具 完整性。
2. 藉由將本文中的廠內機台購置量視為安全庫存，外包機台租用時數視為產品 購置量，將本文中所建構之同步產能規劃模式運用至存貨管理。
3. 利用第四章之模式求算結果中標準化預備產能的資料，作更深入的研究及分 析，尋找各項參數與預備產能水準之間的關係，期望找出一個更簡單的關係 式作為提供決策建議之依據。
