料下拉長補貨頻率。

第三年度:限制理論供應鏈之動態補貨機制研究

當瓶頸機台產能已接近飽和,若有額外的產能需求時,欲增加瓶頸機台也非 一時半刻可成。使用修正補貨頻率,降低換線次數、時間的方式以多爭取時間轉 做生產之用是工廠常見的手法之一,然而修正補貨頻率的時間點應為為何?因為 太頻繁的修正會使得系統太過緊張;反之,如果太久才修正一次,又會喪失動態 修正之效果。

故本研究採用管制圖的方式,利用對監控瓶頸產能之需求的方式,進而監視 市場銷售量,當市場銷售量做出改變時即為補貨頻率之修正點。本研究亦結合前 人之研究,在使用管制圖偵測補貨頻率需要修正後,應做出對應的政策。
