Phyllanthus 屬植物的外部形態鑑定方法花粉粒使用 olysis (Erdtman 1952)43，經由醇脫水，用鍍金機以金覆
蓋再以掃瞄式顯 5 個花粉粒。
Acetolysis 所需 1. 離心管
2. 有水浴的加熱板：以 500ml 燒杯盛裝幾公分高的水 100 ml 量筒，專門用來盛裝 acetolysis solution 4 棒
