4.3 土壤微觀試驗結果

4.3.1 XRD 試驗分析

本研究利用XRD分析黏土礦物之種類,由於各種礦物有其相對應 之結晶格與繞射角,因此可藉由不同的繞射角來評估土體中所含之礦 物成份。實驗後可得到每一掃瞄間距角度之繞射強度值(Intensity of Radiation),本研究之掃瞄間距角度為0.02度。分析時,將XRD試驗後 之繞射強度與繞射角之關係繪成圖,從繞射圖中波峰所對應之繞射角 求出其波峰之晶格d的距離,再與各種礦物種類所對應之d-spacing對照 表(表4.4),查出其礦物成份。本試驗共四種土壤,各土壤分別施作兩 組試驗,經由X-ray繞射圖(圖4.8~圖4.11)可知各土樣發生尖峰處所 對應之角度及礦物成份。本研究試驗後之結果與SEM試驗(詳述於4.3.2 節)結果比對分析後,可判斷得到土樣之礦物詳細含量列於表4.3所示。

由結果可知,松茂、砂崙仔以及萬瑞土樣之主要礦物成份為伊利 石(Illite),含量較多之次要礦物為為石英(Quartz);紅菜坪土樣之主 要礦物成份為石英,而次要之土壤礦物為長石、伊利土及高嶺石,且

此三種次要礦物成份相對於石英之含量較不均勻。在四種土壤之XRD 試驗結果中可發現,在尖峰(Peak)明顯處另有其他含量之礦物,而 在尖峰不明顯的地方也有其他黏土礦物或非黏土礦物存在,但其含量 相當少。

由繞射圖中之尖峰以下之面積可推估知土樣中礦物成份之含量,

此估算法係假設在XRD試驗時之繞射強度與土壤礦物含量之間有一線 性關係,則其礦物成份含量之求法如下:
