Abstract

Although the Internet provides the massive rich resources, offers the multi-dimensional learning opportunity, develops the citizenship participation in the information age, very little has emerged that points towards deep, substantive in the current social issues. Because the dynamic attribute within the social issues and technology, we should be rethinking the influence when incorporate the technology into social studies. This article aim at developing “We are

familiy”e-learning through the Digital Archives Creative Learning Project . This study found that through the use of technology teacher’s practice stressed multicultural democracy education , view technology as transformative tool and the reconceptualize of social studies which are the important factors.
