Abstract: This study was executed in an electronics factory, the three-shift system is implemented three. Base on the practical breakdown maintenance data for successive 48 days, the reliable time after repaired of fault machines and the repair time for per shift repairmen were evaluated. The shift effect was found to be significant for repair time, the. !"#. day shift had the best performance, and the night shift was the worst. But the reliable time after being repaired showed no difference. It also found that the waiting time to be repaired and the personnel idle time among three shifts were different, these finding can be a recommendation for designing three-shift repair work to improve repair performance. Keywords: Shift Work, Repair Performance, Repair Time, Waiting Time
