Expression of mitofusin1/GTPase in NSCLC determined by RT-PCR
Amplified DNA fragments were extracted from the gel and sequence determined.
90% of NSCLC overexpressed Mfn1 as determined by RT-PCR. However, there was
no extraneous band appeared below the authentic fragment, and therefore no aberrant
splicing of Mfn1 gene was detected in the tumor nest.
