適用學系:幼兒教育學系早期療育碩士在職專班 一、 一位就讀幼兒園 4 歲的兒童,經常不能忍受衣褲有異物感、不喜歡會黏手的 東西、避免肢體被碰觸、身體被觸摸到會去抓或摩擦被摸過的地方,如果這 位兒童有觸覺防禦的問題,以下有兩個小問題請教您?(30%) 1. 請問您要如何繼續觀察那些現象,才能懷疑此位幼兒可能有觸覺防禦的障 礙。(15%) 2. 請問您在家或學校可以提供哪些可執行的活動,以改善這些問題。(15%) 二、 早期療育安置模式可區分為家庭中心模式(home-based programs)、機構中 心模式(center-based programs)、綜合型模式(combination programs),請分 別說明此三項模式的優缺點。(20%)

三、 請簡介內政部於 2010 年修正函頒之發展遲緩兒童到宅服務實施計畫中,對 於到宅提供早療服務之個案所需符合的條件為何,並說明有關服務對象的規 範於實務運作所面臨的問題。(20%)
