智慧型居家照顧系統介入長期照顧策略之研究

摘要本研究之目的係為暸解智慧型居家照顧系統介入長期照顧策略之研究，對各被照顧者認知程度、因應行為、態度與接受的意願等影響層面。本案研究透過文獻資料分析、問卷調查、焦點團體座談（邀集專家、失能老人及家屬、老人照顧工作人員等團體）、實證研究等方法作為本研究之方法論。研究步驟先就失能者居家日常行為模式、台灣地區失能者社會文化背景分析、傳統與智慧型居家照顧模式進行文獻查證，並檢視現有國內外失能老人智慧化居家照顧系統實證經驗，配合本研究之量、質性資料分析結果，研擬可行之智慧化系統方案。期望運用我國在資訊、電子與通訊等方面的既有科技優勢，以及國內外現有居家照顧應用系統與資訊平台經驗，進行規劃分析適合台灣地區之智慧化居家照顧模式，並進一步提出可行的智慧化居家照顧系統架構與服務，以及未來推動的策略與成本效益分析。關鍵詞：失能、智慧化居家照顧、遠距照顧、資訊系統規劃、成本效益分析 Abstract

Purpose of research this department intelligent to Telcare system get involved and long term care the research of tactics for a long term at home for to understand. To be influenced the aspect to analyze by cognitive intensity, attitude and will, etc. of the persons who look aftering.

In this research, literature review, questionnaire, focus group (domain experts, disable and their family, caregivers, and staff are invited), and empirical study were included. The research procedure is shown as follows: (1) investigate daily behaviors/needs of elder; (2) analyze social background of elder in Taiwan; (3) review literature of both traditional and intelligent home care models; (4) survey intelligent home care systems around the world. We integrate and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative analysis approach, and plan a feasible system. The project goal is to propose feasible service model and system architecture of intelligent home care it fits Taiwan society. The course of action to promote system and cost-effective analysis are also discussed.
