現有醫療資訊系統如何導入服務導向架構

摘要

隨著醫院資訊化的快速成長，各類資訊系統的不斷開發和使用，然而在資訊系统各自為政的開發方式之下，系统之間的資訊共享變得日漸困難。正是當今醫院要面臨的挑戰，要如何滿足醫院資訊系統對異質性、互用性、維護性、資料共享、以及資訊系統整合上能接近實際的系統轉換與更新。

有鑑於此，本研究將導入一種新的系統架構—服務導向架構(Service-Oriented Architecture, SOA)，對醫院的現有資訊系統進行服務導向架構改造，將目前一些不相容的資訊系統，透過本研究所提出的 Service Adapter 方案，讓它們能夠相互連結。從而實現資訊技術與臨床作業之間的同步整合，以協助醫院簡化就醫流程和資訊共享來提升醫療服務品質。

Abstract

Followed by the rapid growth of the hospital information, various information systems have been developed continuously. However, to support the connection of various systems and the sharing of data is gradually become difficult because different systems are designed with different ways. The challenging problem in hospital information system (HIS) is how to satisfy the requirement, transfer, and update of HIS in heterogeneous, interoperability, maintainability, information shared, and information system integration.

For this reason, this paper utilized a new system architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), to reconstruct the HIS in the hospital. Different information systems can communicate with each other by the Service Adapter method which was proposed in this study. Then the simultaneous integration between the information technology and the clinical practice can be achieved and simplify the treated process and share the information to improving the quality of medical serivces.
