Questionnaire on Consultation of Moral and National Education Curriculum

(Primary 1 to Secondary 6)

 The Moral and National Education Curriculum Guide (Primary 1 to Secondary 6) (Consultation Draft) is available on the website of the Moral, Civic and National Education Section of the Curriculum Development Institute, Education Bureau (http:/www.edb.gov.hk/cd/mcne) since early May 2011.

 This questionnaire aims at collecting comments from schools on Moral and National Education (MNE), which will serve as a reference for review and refinement of the Curriculum Guide.

 Please blacken the ○ (e.g. ● ) in the appropriate boxes or write down your opinions in the space provided.

 Please return the completed questionnaire to the Moral, Civic and National Education Section of the Curriculum Development Institute, Education Bureau by fax, email or post on or before 31 August 2011.
