- The general unemployment rate held steady over the previous period (July-September 2019), at 1.8%; the unemployment rate of local residents was 2.4%, down by 0.1 percentage point. Meanwhile, the underemployment rate was 0.5%, up by 0.1 percentage point.
- The general labour force participation rate was 70.1% and the labour force participation rate of local residents was 63.6%, both down by 0.1 percentage point over the previous period.
