私立輔仁大學醫學院護理學系碩士班一百學年度第一學期 國際照護研究於護理與健康科學 ( International study:
nursing and health science)
2021/12/1 一、目標：
1. 認識對不同國家醫療保健單位之組織及業務。
2. 示範進階護理角色與功能於不同專業領域的照護。
3. 培養泛文化交流學習，提升學生跨文化照護知能及外語能力。
4. 建立交流平台，提供學生了解國際照護趨勢與多元學習策略 5. 整合理論與進階護理知識於不同專業領域的護理學習。
6. 提供護理專業交流，促進學生的專業照護能力。
二、先修課程：內外科護理學、產科護理學、兒科護理學。
三、學分與時數：與College of Nursing & Health Sciences Texas A&M
International University 學校合作試辦「國際照護課室與臨 床觀摩( International clinic site visit」課程，學生利用寒或 暑假期間赴A& M 大學修讀此 2 學分的課程，其中包含 10 整天美國醫院見習與課堂之參與。
四、對象：凡本(系)所學生即可參加，應屆畢業生需經系主任同意辦理延畢後，
方可參加。參加甄選之同學須在申請時檢附英語能力測驗之成績證明為優先考慮 教學策略包含: 課室教學臨床見習與跨文化情境互動交流
五 、 場 所 ：USA, University of Old Dominion 或 College of Nursing & Health Sciences Texas A&M International University

A coursework for this course, each student will be requited to select a case in their area of clinical practice, review existing evidence, make recommendations for practice and discuss ways in which these recommendations could be disseminated to relevant professionals. The content should include at least as followed four major themes:

What are the problem covered in the case?
What do I know about the case? What actual information do I have?
What is the feedback on this case site visit
What do I need to know to better understand the problem or to solve the problem? What did I learn from this case? Further suggestions?

The Clinical Component is comprised of interdisciplinary clinical experiences. These experiences include community-based and hospital based clinics. The clinic sites also provide experiences with culturally and linguistically diverse populations
across the age range with various types of disabilities and illness.
The key element of the CNS practice, Sparacinio (2005) identified seven core competencies:
1. Direct clinical practice includes expertise in advanced assessment, implementing nursing care, and evaluating outcomes.
2. Expert coaching and guidance encompasses modeling
clinical expertise while helping nurses integrate new evidence into practice. It also means providing education or teaching skills to patients and family.
3. Collaboration focuses on multidisciplinary team building.
4. Consultation involves reviewing alternative approaches and implementing planned change.
5. Research involves interpreting and using research, evaluating practice, and collaborating in research.
6. Clinical and professional leadership involves responsibility for innovation and change in the patient care system.
7. Ethical decision-making involves influence in negotiating moral dilemmas, allocating resources, directing patient care and access to care.
