研究、教學、科技研發與管理工作全程經過概述。

受聘人於八月三日到職後,即開始指導幫助學界科專計畫「以微創手術為基礎之新型手部人工關 節及骨折固定器之研發三年計畫」團隊,進行(1)建立前瞻醫材中心有關人工關節開發之基礎能力 及(2)建立前瞻醫材中心有關人工關節磨耗測試之基礎能力,期間提供三種磨耗試驗機之設計原 型,茲簡介如下: 1. 圓周運動磨耗測試 使用一組馬達同時帶動六個植體以進行磨耗測試。 2. 往復運動磨耗測試 藉由來回擺動進行磨耗測試。 3. 疲勞試驗機 結合伺服油壓動態測試系統予以關節植體反覆力量,用以找出疲勞強度。

受聘人協助團隊設計出一新型雙軸向關節測試機,可結合不同軸向之運動於一機台,設計圖如下:

同時具有兩個軸向的運動,第一軸向可模擬關節之屈曲/伸直動作,如下圖所示

3 如此可藉由一個動力源帶動複合運動,用以完成磨耗測試的效果。 另外,安教授也針對國科會 101 年度跨領域整合型運動科學計畫「創新復健運動攀爬訓練機之 研發設計」給與指導。更針對國科會 98 年度跨領域整合型醫學工程計畫「完整剖析扳機指:整合 醫學影像及生物力學分析在臨床之應用」研究成果提供寶貴建議,並點出未來創新研究方向。 同時,安教授受本校醫學中心骨科部邀請給予專題演講。並且擔任醫學工程研究所博士班學生 盧思靜同學之博士論文計畫書口試委員。

在安介南博士為期一個月的指導下,給予中心成員執行中之學界科專和國科會跨領域整合型計畫指 導,提供寶貴建議,完成多項設備之設計,達到延攬預期目標。

由於本中心剛成立,先進研究設備不足,在儀器設備設計過程中,除可替本中心逐步建立關節磨耗 測試之能力外,並可累積設備設計之相關經驗,縮短設計流程。
