一、 研究、教學、科技研發與管理工作全程經過概述。 （由受聘人填寫）
Please summarize the entire research, teaching, or science and technology R&D and management work process (To be completed by the employee)
工作內容包括：
1. 課程發展：協助帶領錄製團隊完成課程規劃、腳本製作、影片錄製、影片上傳前品質確認、平台功能確
認等事項，目前 12 門課均如預期進度進行錄製及後製中，定期檢討進度，確保課程得以依照老師授
課時間如期上線。
2. 課程普及：協助呂主任進行國發會計畫與 SATU 會員校未來之合作，並與 W/E 平台洽談國際合作事
宜。
3. 產學應用：針對產業需求，籌劃推廣教育磨課師產業課程，包括芳療、保險、機器人，以產學應用之
角度，加入教師專業，加強實務應用。
4. 平台管理：作為 W/E 平台及 Proera 平台校內管理者，針對平台功能開發與 hTC 及資策會訂定功能新
增/修改。
5. 運作模式雛型建立：整合國際化及產業需求，初步建立永續經營之運作機制雛型。
6. 協助頂尖大學經費核銷、自評報告撰寫及 104 教育部視導資料準備。
