陳志民教授簡歷

陳志民教授目前是中原大學財經法律學系專任教授。其 於2007年至2010年擔任行政院公平交易委員會委員一職，

在任期間除審查個案外，同時也負責公平會的國際事務，

督導公平會提交予OECD競爭委員會之報告資料，並定期率 團參與競爭委員會之年度會議。由於其對國際競爭法及政 策之熟稔，陳教授經常受邀至政府機關、民間企業、及國 際知名學術機構及專業組織演講競爭法之相關議題，包括 美國耶魯大學(Yale University)、南加州大學(University of Southern California)、

新加坡大學(National University of Singapore)、韓國高麗大學(Korea University)、

印度國立法律大學(National Law University)及Jindal Global University、全球競爭 評論(Global Competition Review)、及LeadershIP等. 另外，陳教授也經常受邀於 個案訴訟及公聽會中提供專家意見，並積極參與由公平會、政府機關及私部門企 業所主辦的學術研討會或工作坊。陳教授擁有台灣大學法律系法學士及東吳大學 法學碩士學位，並分別在1994年及1998年取得美國杜克大學(Duke University)法 學碩士(LL.M)及西北大學(Northwestern University)法學博士(SJD)學位。陳教授中、

英文學術著作豐碩，內容多從經濟分析觀點探討反托拉斯及管制法規之相關議題，
