The purpose of this study was to explore the job involvement, job
satisfaction, and job performance, the relationships and the discrepancy among them for health care workers in different hospital systems. The sample number of the research was completed by 108/110. All data was analyzed using SPSS computer program for statistical analysis. The findings are as follows:
1. The different individual variables to job involvement, job satisfaction, and job performance come out a partly significant discrepancy.
2. Job involvement, job satisfaction, and job performance of the health care workers reveal outstanding positive relation.
3. The vacation variable for health care workers has impact on the job involvement and job satisfaction.
According to the results of research, it is suggested quality
monitoring systems be developed, the job proficiency of the health care workers be evaluated regularly, on-job training for the health care workers be held periodically, the proportion of case number to salary be reasonable and bilingual health care record sheets be developed.
