摘 要

本研究之目的在了解台中縣市醫院,放射師的工作滿意 情形及探討放射師個人性變和工作構面滿意度間之關係。調 查對家為醫學中心及區域醫院共 9 家醫院之診斷科、瘤科、

核醫科放射師,共 183 位。Cronbach’sα值來檢定各變項內 部一致性的相關變數值; 效度採內容專家效度。利用 SPSS 統計軟體進行資料之分析,以百分比、平均數及標準差、t-test . oneway ANOVA 分析資料。

研究結果發現(1)放射師工作滿度平均為 3.20 (2)在 7 個 工作構面得分最高為「環境品質、設備」與「成就感」; 而 得分最低為「福利待遇」與「在職訓練進修、升遷」。(3)基 本資料變項中,只有薪資的不同對總滿意度有顯著差異。服務於台 中市區域醫院、醫學中心的急診室工作者,對「福利待遇」有較高的 滿意度。(4)年齡 25 歲以下單身、無子女且年資越淺者對「在職訓練 進修、升遷」有較高的滿意度。(5)服務於核醫科之放射師工作滿意 度高於診斷科、腫瘤科,且在診斷科急診工作者,對「工作特性」及

「同僚互動」滿意度較低。

本研究為瞭解放射師工作滿意度情形,針對員工之需求,提供醫 院管理部門參考。關鍵詞:放射師、工作滿意度

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand the degree of job satisfaction among radiological technologists in the Taichung area, And it also looked into the relationship among the personal characteristics of technologist and job characteristics . The sample was 183 radiological technologists from 5 hospitals. A 5 Liker scale-structured questionnaire was developed . The reliability test (Cronbach’sα)was used to test the internal consistency and validated by specialists . The date was analyzed by using descriptive statistics . The results showed that the average score of total satisfaction was 3.20. The most satisfying subjects were the quality and the facilities of the environment , and achievement . The subjects with the lowest scores were welfare and payment and training , study , and promotion in the job . In individual basic variables , there is no significant difference in overall satisfaction but salary . Technologists who worked in the emergency room in the regional hospitals and the medical center of the Taichung city area are more satisfied with welfare and payment . The single with no child under 25years old were more satisfied in the aspects of training , study , and promotion . The highest satisfaction was working in nuclear medicine , moreover working in the emergency room were not satisfied in job characteristics and colleague relationships . The research was to understand the degree of job satisfaction , then to provide reference to the need of the staff in hospital management .
