This is a graduate-level introduction to the long term care insurance, which will provide a focus on selected issues that currently characterize this field. The course will introduce the definition of social insurance and financing, the policy of long-term care financing in the world, and the policy development of long-term care insurance in Taiwan. Our goal for this class is to help you understand the basic concepts and theoretical perspectives which have directed relevant policy.
