Topics covered in this course are the balance of payments, exchange rate determination, monetary and fiscal policies for external stability, capital mobility, and the international monetary system. Various policy questions such as persistent U.S. deficit in the balance of payments, the debt crisis of developing countries, the European Currency Unit, etc., are explored along with theories.
2.技能面[使學生能獲得運用與實做本課程理論與概念之技巧]：
Lectures, Case studies, Reading news paper articals related to international finances.
