摘要: 台灣自九○年代燒起的一股旅遊熱,在「文化創意產業」政策的加入,使台灣的旅遊 與文化產業密合,城市鄉鎮在策略聯盟(strategic alliance)的行銷下,熱中舉辦 文化旅遊活動,使旅遊的民眾除了到旅遊地旅遊,欣賞到該地的文化或藝文特色 外,尚可品嚐美食,並且可觀看舞蹈與戲劇、聆聽音樂等等藝文展演活動,此文化型 的旅遊成為今日台灣國內旅遊的摩登。政府四年來的文化創意產業政策的執行,應是 到可思考與檢討的時候,此乃本文研究之的旨意。

本研究擬分成五個章節,運用文獻回顧的研究方法,就三個方向:一、文化與旅遊的 摩登公式二、旅遊摩登之破與立三、全球化與地方化之旅遊摩登,來論述與思考文化 創意產業與文化旅遊聯盟的之施行。A kind of traveling fever is burnt up in Taiwan from 1990’s. When the culture creative industry is taken part in it, the cities, counties and towns in Taiwan are busy in taking place the activities of the culture travel under the market of strategic alliance.

People in Taiwan can not only appreciate the characteristics of the local culture, but also taste the local delicious food, watch the performances on dances, drama, and music when they take a trip in the domestic landscapes. The cultural type of travel becomes modern in the domestic traveling of Taiwan. The policy of the culture creative industry is carried out for four years in Taiwan, so it is time to think over and examine and that is the purpose of this research.

The research is divided into five parts by using the method of the literature reviews. The research is discussed and analyzed the execution of the strategic alliance on the culture creative industry and culture travel from the three aspects, the modern formulae of the culture and travel, the construct and break of the modern travel, and the

globalization and localization of modern travel.
