授課目標：
甲烷菌屬於古細菌，具有產生甲烷的特性。課程針對甲烷菌之生長、營養、分類、演化、生理 生化、基因等進行探討，同時學習其相關之實驗操作技術，不僅使學生對於甲烷菌專業知識 有深入的了解，同時讓學生能熟悉其實驗的技術，以便實際應用。
